Common issues when downloading Sentinel VPN and how to resolve them.
Browser blocks the download
Our installers are code-signed. If your browser warns you, choose "Keep" or "Download anyway" — the signature is verified when the installer launches.
Antivirus flagging the file
Some antivirus tools flag VPN installers because they modify network settings. This is expected. You can safely add Sentinel VPN to your antivirus allow-list.
Slow download speeds
Try downloading from a wired connection, or pause other downloads. If it persists, contact support and we'll route you to a mirror.
Which file do I need?
Windows → .exe, macOS → .dmg, Linux → .run, Android → .apk. If unsure, the Download page auto-detects your platform.
